To use outlook program following these steps
1 - Open your outlook
2 - Chose account settings
3 - Click at new
4 - Check Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP
5 - Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types
6 - Check Internet email
7 - Account information
A - Your name
B - Email address
C : Server Information PoP3 & SMTP ( mail.your domain )
D : Password & Retype password
Your email is adding success
Now to complete the steps
1- open your Outlook go to (tools/ Account settings )
2- choose (your email) and click on change
3- click on More settings ...
5- choose (outgoing servers)
6- a checkmark on my (my outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication)
7- choose advanced
8- change Outgoing server (SMTP): to 465 with SSL
Many of ISPs now closed the port ( 25 ) for their customers,
Please try to change this port in your Outlook settings to be ( 465) for your Outgoing mail settings
